1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or playing Fowl Play, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the application.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to download one copy of Fowl Play per device for personal, non-commercial gameplay only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title or intellectual property. All artwork, audio and code in the application remain the property of the developer.

3. No Purchases, Advertising, or Accounts

Fowl Play is free and contains no in-app purchases, no advertising, and no subscriptions. All cosmetic plumages are unlocked by reaching milestones during ordinary play. No account is required and none can be created.

4. Your Saved Progress

Scores, statistics and unlocked plumages are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app, clearing its data, or resetting your statistics from the in-game options screen will permanently erase this progress. There is no backup, no cloud save, and no means by which the developer can restore it.

5. Updates and Availability

We may modify, add to, or remove features in future updates, including gameplay balance, obstacles, and the milestones attached to cosmetic unlocks. We may also discontinue the application at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of these terms as they then stand.

6. Disclaimer and Limitations

Fowl Play is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the developer be liable for any damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the application, including any loss of saved progress.
