1. Data We Collect

None. Fowl Play does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no crash reporting, and no advertising.

2. Data Stored On Your Device

The game saves a small amount of information locally so it can remember your progress between sessions: your best score, your furthest distance, the total number of crumbs collected, how many runs you have finished, which plumage you have selected, and your sound, music, vibration and reduced-motion preferences.

This data never leaves your device. It is written to your device's standard local application storage and is removed entirely when you uninstall the app. We have no way to read it, recover it, or transfer it to a new device.

3. Network Access

Fowl Play contains no networking code. The Android release build declares no internet permission, which means the operating system itself would prevent the app from making a connection even if one were attempted. The game is fully playable in airplane mode, and behaves identically whether or not you are connected.

4. Permissions

The app requests no permissions at all. Vibration is produced through the standard system haptic feedback interface, which requires no permission grant. There is no access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, files, or advertising identifier.

5. Advertising and Third Parties

There is no advertising in Fowl Play and no third-party advertising or analytics software is included in the app. No advertising identifier is read, and no data is shared with anyone, because no data is gathered in the first place.

6. Purchases

Fowl Play contains no in-app purchases and no billing integration. Every plumage in the game is unlocked by reaching a milestone in play. Nothing in the app can be bought.

7. Children

Fowl Play is suitable for all ages. Because the app collects no data whatsoever, it collects no data from children either.

8. Changes To This Policy

If a future version of the app ever collects or transmits data, this page will be updated before that version is released, and the change will be described in the app's release notes.
