Fit Life is 100% offline-first. Your workout logs, body measurements, and personal notes remain exclusively on your device. We do not operate user accounts, track analytics, or transmit your training history.
1. Data Collection & Storage
Fit Life stores your workout logs, custom exercises, routines, and body weight logs locally inside an encrypted SQLite database on your device. This data never touches an external server operated by us.
2. Zero Analytics & Third Parties
There are no tracking SDKs, no advertising frameworks, and no crash analytics running in Fit Life. Your workout habits and personal strength records are private.
3. Data Export & Ownership
You can export your complete workout history to standard CSV files at any time. Because data is stored strictly on your device, uninstalling the app will delete local database files unless you have exported a backup.
