Ingredients
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz mushrooms
- 1½ cups onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 cups kale
- 2 cups carrots
- 3 cups rice
- 6 eggs

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Cook pork.

Sauté mushrooms, onions, and garlic.

Mix in kale, carrots, rice, and gochujang mixture.
