30 Minute Chili Honey Garlic Salmon Bowls

Ingredients
- 4 (6 ounce) salmon filets (cut into bite-size chunks)
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp chipotle powder or cayenne
- Chili flakes
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cups broccoli florets or chopped asparagus
- Avocado wedges
- Toasted sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 450Β°F and rub a sheet pan with oil.

Mix salmon with ginger, chipotle powder, chili flakes, and 2 tbsp olive oil.

Arrange salmon on one side of the pan and broccoli/asparagus on the other.

Toss vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Bake for 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix tamari, honey, chopped garlic, ground ginger, chili paste, green onions, and toasted sesame oil for the honey garlic sauce.

For the spicy creamy sauce, mix mayo, gochujang, and honey.

Remove vegetables from the sheet pan, pour honey garlic sauce over the salmon, and toss.

Bake for another 5 minutes.

Serve with avocado, green onions, and sesame seeds, ideally over coconut garlic rice.
