1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or playing Solitaire Classic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Solitaire Classic per device for personal, non-commercial gameplay only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title or intellectual property.

3. Premium Features & Advertising

Certain premium cosmetic features (such as specific card backs, card fronts, and felt themes) can be permanently unlocked by voluntarily engaging with rewarded video advertisements provided by our third-party partners. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove these cosmetics or the unlock mechanics in future updates.

4. Limitations

In no event shall the developer be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the application.
