2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of BirdBolt per device for personal, non-commercial viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title or intellectual property.

3. Premium Features & Advertising

Certain in-game advantages (such as reviving your run) can be accessed by engaging with a rewarded video advertisement provided by our third-party partners. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove these mechanics in future updates.

4. Limitations

In no event shall the developer be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the application.
